How we invest
Each project follows the same four stages under German planning and building law. At the end, every completed asset is either sold to return capital or held in the rental portfolio.
Land and properties in alpine-adjacent towns with lasting housing demand and limited supply.
Development plan (Bebauungsplan), building permit (Baugenehmigung), plot division and a fixed budget.
Ground-up construction or renovation with regional builders, managed against schedule and cost.
Sell to return capital, or transfer to Alpland Properties for long-term income.
